This evening we released the following changes to ComCept .Net:

SigScan mobile application IMPACT: SigScan app only

- Enhanced the verification process to check all the ways a document can be signed

- Enhanced the images used in the verification and sending process to make it very easy to tell why a signature failed to send

Password Expiration

- We now update the timestamp for "last password change" date on every active employee when you enable the Password Expiration feature. IMPACT: Users with Password Expiration feature only

- CLOSE will now honor password expiration. IMPACT: CLOSE Login

ePO

- ASNs will now be generated for all orders coming in as an ePO order. ASNs were previously only generated when the sender was integrated with a WMS, such as HighJump. IMPACT: ePO orders for jobbers who buy from other jobbers

Reports

- SSRS location multi-selector - Fixed a small issue with region sorting. IMPACT: All SSRS location selections

- Transaction Detail Export - Increased the speed of the report. IMPACT: Report results shouldn't be affected

- Invoice/Credit/Consignment Printout - increased the width of the UOM field. IMPACT: This report only

- Custom Notes Listing - Fixed the UOM name display to show the long name. IMPACT: This report only

- Crystal reports - We now show the long name for UOMs when selecting an item filter on Crystal reports. IMPACT: All Crystal reports with item filters

- Quote and WO Printout - Standardized the report and everywhere it runs. IMPACT: This report only

- Item Activity Report - Reduced duplication of information when bins are hidden. IMPACT: This report only

- Record Audit Report - Fixed a small bug if you ran the report for no data. IMPACT: This report only

Miscellaneous

- Data Maintenance - The "Data" sheet can now be in any position on the Excel spreadsheet, previously it had to be the second sheet. IMPACT: DM uploads

- Item Lookup - Added the Default Transfer UOM to the detailed view. IMPACT: UI only

- Count sheets - Fixed a small issue that threw an error when the cost of an item was negative. IMPACT: UI only

- Accounts Receivable - The link to Accounts Receivable on the Customer Maintenance page will follow the system setting. IMPACT: UI Only

- Bin Items - Users can now modify the bins with the correct permissions. IMPACT: UI Only

- Cycle Counts - Added a new permission and feature to allow users to update the count quantities for future count sheets. IMPACT: Cycle Count Sheet page only
