This evening we completed a code release for ComCept.Net. The following changes are in this release:

Data Maintenance can now manage Inventory Bins. Users must have the DM_BinManagement permission to use this new sheet. The sheet will allow for mass changes to Bins, including adds, updates and deletes. Inventory Bins now contain a Zone Name. This 4-character field allows distributors to segment bins into different areas. Mobile Inventory Order Picking will be the first function that allows users to filter documents by bin zones, allowing warehouse personnel to pick only from a subset of the warehouse.

“Sales Out” Readiness report now filters items by the date specified. This report assists distributors in determining if customers and items are suitable for export to 3M for rebates. You can now omit items that have not been actively sold since a specified date, to cut back on the data volume.
