We released a long list of fixes and features to ComCept .Net this evening, including:

Reports
- CollisionLinx Item Ranking report - We fixed a bug to limit the amount of data the report can display
- Email Delivery Audit report - fixed a parameter to allow the report to show anything emailed
- Point of Sale printouts - Added a Microsoft Word printout version of all the printout documents in SSRS
- Inventory Audit for Committed / On Order report - is now on SSRS and can take 6 inventory numbers at a time now
- Item Yearly Sales Export - is now on SSRS
- Quote and Work Order Detail report - is now on SSRS

Point of Sale
- PO Receipt Worksheet
      - Endeavor transfers can no longer be received in the PO Receipt Worksheet
      - Negative costs and discounts can no longer be entered as negatives
- Quotes - Users can now email quotes right from the Quote page
- Shipping Worksheet - It is no longer possible to force a value in the On-Hand field of a bin - removed permission InventoryBin_Admin
- Recurring Billing - Added the ability to select all transactions in the recurring billing batch

Maintenance
- Product Line - Alias can now be edited on the page - useful for some distributors exporting data to partners

Mobile Applications
- Signature Scan
      - Added better validation for sending signatures
      - Added a Verify Information button that checks if all the collected documents are correct before collecting signatures

ComCept has completed a code release with the following changes:

Reports
 - Item Yearly Sales Report is now a SSRS report - The report runs much faster than before.  One major change is that items with no usage for the timeframe will no longer be displayed. 
 - Inventory Audit Report is now an SSRS report. 
 - Cash Adjustment, Customer Adjustment, and Tax Adjustment reports now honor the show employee preference.

Misc
 - Bin Items - Fixed a bug that was causing bin drifts. 

 - Improved a local inventory item search to return faster results. 
 - DM Bin Management - fixed a bug with validation. 
 - Accounts Receivable - Permission to get to the new version of AR is now being checked.

Reports

- Item Yearly Sales report can now be opened on all browsers. IMPACT: Only the report link

- Customer Aging - Export with all details column order has been changed. IMPACT: export only of this report

- Quote and WO printout report - Added an "Export to Excel" version. IMPACT: this report only

- Exceptions report - Added a document ID to the parameters, so users can look for exceptions for a single transaction. IMPACT: This report only

Miscellaneous

- Tax rounding is more consistent across all functions, specifically WO processing. IMPACT: Work Order Processing, Colorado Delivery Fees, Endeavor calculating of taxes

- Changed the name of a list filter: Invoice Writeoff Account -> Sales Writeoff Account. IMPACT: Writeoff GL account for an invoice

- Item Lookup - Corrected the display of Count Schedule names. IMPACT: UI only

- Preferences - moved three settings from the Accounting tab to the Credit Card tab. IMPACT: UI only

We released some reporting improvements to ComCept.Net this evening, including the following changes:

- Fixed a minor issue with printing a pick-slip to include an employee number
- Fixed an issue with the Count Sheet printout to include inherited permissions
- Fixed a small issue with printing a cash adjustment or customer adjustment document
- Sales by Manufacturer report is now converted to SSRS
 

We released changes to ComCept .Net this evening, including the following:

Count Sheet

- Print-outs of count sheets now match the count sheet page.  Previously some units of measure would sort in a different order on the page than the report.
- Fixed an error that occurs when users print a count sheet and then try adding a new one

Miscellaneous

- PO Receipt Worksheet: Open receipts should be allowed on PO Distribution report

- Report: Record Audit now allows you to see changes audited on vendors and manufacturers

- Data Maintenance - PricePro - Update related UOMS – You can now optionally update Boxes proportionally with Eaches, for example
- Doc Gen - Inactive items no longer show in dropdowns when adding items to documents.
 

Count Sheet

- Fixed items not sorting on the screen correctly

- Inactive items should not appear on a count sheet

- Launch the SSRS version of the Count Sheet printout

Miscellaneous

- Hide employee numbers on transaction print-outs - Legacy printing (preference-based)

- Allow ePOs to send vendor-specific UOMs on orders

Reporting

- SSRS: Fixed PO and TO picklist printouts UOM not rolling up

- SSRS: Remove the ability to run SSRS reports "to the screen" – almost no one used this and it consumes too much memory

- SSRS: Pick Slip print-out - Add a shading effect when “Available” is insufficient to fulfill the order

- SSRS: Invoice printout - launch SSRS instead of Crystal in Windows 11

- SSRS: Purchase and Transfer Order Detail - Sort order on the Excel export

- SSRS: Quote And WO Printout - remove the Total Taxable section from the footer

- SSRS: PO and TO picklist printouts no longer show closed lines

- SSRS: Purchase Distribution report header grouping, now shows on all pages correctly

This evening we released several changes to ComCept .Net, mostly revolving around reporting improvements, as follows:

- SSRS reports now run in their own memory space, for reliability

- Record Audit - fixed small bug with some inventory items not showing up correctly

- PO/RGPO/TO/Pick Slip - fixed collapsing Qty Remaining column, extra page break

- Quote/WO Print-Out - Full address details now display, fixed totals pushing to next page

- Invoice/Credit/Consignment Print-out
     - Consignments had tax section removed
     - Added alternate phone numbers if present

- Packing List - Corrected some labels for Transfer Work Orders

We released several changes to ComCept .Net this evening, including the following changes:

- Customer 12 Month Item usage - upgraded to SSRS in CollisionLinx
- Tax Adjustment print-out - will be available in future pages
- Reporting parameters - fixed date calculations for "Next Quarter" and "Last Quarter"
- Payment History Report - added new parameters to include ROA's on the report

- Added subtypes to the Summary page so users can tell what types of documents will result
