We released several changes to ComCept.Net, including the following:

Reports
- Shipment and Receipt Print out report - Excel Data only - Added Qty Remaining column.  IMPACT:  This reports export format only.
- Shipment and Receipt Printout - Ensured Header information appears on all pages.  IMPACT:  This report only
- Order Fill Rate Report - Added checkboxes for document Status and removed the Status dropdown.  This gives users more flexibility in which statuses filter the report.  IMPACT:  This report only

WMS
- Receiving - Made room for more information by reducing font size slightly and adding scrolling the Item section.  IMPACT:  WMS Receiving (Stores and Warehouses)
- Directed Picking - Automatically select the bin if there is only one bin displayed in the list.  IMPACT:  Direct picking only for stores and warehouses
- Directed Picking - Selecting the Quantity field in the grid automatically highlights the existing value to allow for easier editing.  IMPACT:  Direct picking only for stores and warehouses

Miscellaneous 
- Passwords - Allowed the use of common special characters ( & < > ' " ) in passwords.  IMPACT:  Saving new passwords and navigating from application to application
- Security - Clear Cache feature now clears the Permissions cache of all the applications.  This is useful when you want security changes to take effect immediately.  IMPACT:  Utopia cached data
- Item Price changes will now be audited.  IMPACT:  Saving of items and prices
- Accounts Receivable - Post Payment Batch error - Added Payment Notes to the error message to ease troubleshooting.  IMPACT:  New AR posting process only
- Customer Custom Fields - Added 10 new custom fields to Customers.  You can also assign custom labels for these new fields.  IMPACT:  Customer Custom fields
- PO Receipt WS - Adjusted the Difference column to calculate from the Remaining amount, not the original Ordered amount.  IMPACT:  Receipt WS

Reports

- Document Generation Overstock Worksheet - Converted to SSRS. IMPACT: This report only

- All SSRS reports - End Dates will now always end at midnight, so the report captures data for the entire day. IMPACT: Select few reports were affected

- Customer Pricing Details report - Allow users to find only pricing details that will expire in a given date range. IMPACT: This report only

- POS Printouts - Added a new customer-specific preference to display the List Price on invoices, credits. etc. This allows you to show List Price for all customers at a location, or just a select few. IMPACT: All SSRS printout documents

- Related Documents report - Converted to SSRS. IMPACT: This report only

Miscellaneous

- New Accounts Receivable - Updated payment batch posting errors to include the bad payment number. IMPACT: New AR posting processing

- Preferences - Enforced the permission "System_SettingSave" on the List Filtering tab. This will ensure that only users who can save preferences can change List Filtering. IMPACT: Preferences only

- WO Processing - Honor the Print Terms on Invoices preference when invoicing an order in Work Order Processing. IMPACT: WO Processing only

We released several changes to ComCept .Net this evening, including the following changes:

Mobile (WMS)
- Undirected Count Sheets - Added a preference to decide what to do when an item is found, but not on the count sheet.  IMPACT:  Warehouse undirected count sheets
- Undirected Count Sheets - Added a preference to decide what to do with alternate UOMs when scanning an item.  IMPACT:  Warehouse undirected count sheets
- Stores - Added the ability to assign an item to a bin.  Users need the WMS_BinAssign permission to use this function.  IMPACT:  WMS Stores only  

Reports
- New report - Transfer Valuation report - This report allows you to see transfer activity in different ways.  IMPACT:  This report only
- Inventory Adjustment report - Converted to SSRS.  IMPACT:  This report only

Miscellaneous 
- Fixed a small display issue with vendor specified ship-vias.  IMPACT:  Vendor Maintenance display only
- Accounts Receivable - Any errors in Posting a Payment Batch will now be displayed with helpful messages.  IMPACT:  New AR posting process
- ComCept EPO - Ship-vias provided on orders will now be honored.  IMPACT:  OEM and ComCept ePOs
- CollisionLinx - Fixed a 500 error while printing in some browsers.  IMPACT:  CollisionLinx printing
- Data Maintenance - Decrease the processing time of an uploaded Pricing sheet.  IMPACT:  This sheet only

- Report Search - A new, more compact report search is now available. You must first enable it in Preferences > Reports.  IMPACT:  Searching reports
- Manufacturer Item Sales Detail - Added Item Attribute exclusion to the report.  IMPACT:  This report only
- Price Profile, CSP and Free goods - Converted to SSRS.  IMPACT:  This report only
- Return to stock report - fixed a title issue with two uncommon receipts.  IMPACT:  This report only
- Exceptions report - Added more exception types to the report.  IMPACT:  This report only
- Purchase and Transfer Order Detail report - changed how price totals are calculated, added columns to the export version and some minor label changes.  IMPACT:  This report only
- Document Printouts in SSRS - displayed commas (,) in place of pipes (|) for DOT codes.  IMPACT:  All customer facing printouts in SSRS
- Transaction Detail export - Added a General Notes column to the report, some users need content from this field in exports.  IMPACT:  This report only

- Shipping Worksheet - fixed an issue with printing in modern browsers.  IMPACT:  Shipping Worksheet only

- Accounts Receivable - increased the search speed on the payment batch search. IMPACT: New Accounts Receivable searching on the Batch List, Batch Details, and Search screens

- Cycle Count Sheet - Allow users to keep items in the receiving bin from appearing on Cycle Count sheets. Note: these items in other bins will appear. IMPACT: Cycle Count Sheets only

- WO and Quote printout - now displays the discount amount on the line items. IMPACT: This report only

- Customer Ranking report - has been sped up and formatting has been standardized. IMPACT: This report only

- SSRS reports - All SSRS reports can now be printed directly to MS Word. IMPACT: All SSRS reports

- Credit Packing List - now shows "Credit" in the title. IMPACT: Only the places where this prints

Miscellaneous

- Electronic Billing page - The export can now accept a string of invoices to limit its export amount. IMPACT: This export only

- Price Profile List page - The price Level in the list is now consistent with Price Profile details(e.g. "1" instead of "PriceL1"). IMPACT: Price Profile UI only

- CollisionLinx Reports - Users are now able to email all SSRS-based reports. IMPACT: All SSRS reports in CollisionLinx
