- Employee Management - Fixed a small issue with the DM employee sheet. IMPACT: This DM sheet only

- Employee Management - Users can now upload the Employee Management sheet without including the password and hourly rate. IMPACT: This DM sheet only

- NEW sheet - Price Profile Header - you can now upload new price profiles NOTE: This only pertains to the Profile header, not the details. IMPACT: This DM sheet only

- Standardized all Data Maintenance sheets that utilize the Action column to only use "Update", instead of a mix of "Change" and "Update". IMPACT: Customer Email, Customer Special Pricing, Purchase Profile Details, and Vendor-Specific Part Number DM sheets

Miscellaneous

- ComCept .Net - Endeavor users must create adjusting POS documents with the new Customer Adjustment or Cash Adjustment pages, Adjust-type items will no longer be allowed on Legacy POS pages. IMPACT: Endeavor users only

- Signature Scan and WMS Android-based apps now honor the expired password features. IMPACT: All users of WMS/Signature Scan applications that also utilize password expiration

- Fixed a record audit bug with the recording of Master Inventory changes from Data Maintenance. IMPACT: Only the Master Inventory DM sheet

Reports

- All SSRS-based reports have a new email button. This was done to allow the format dropdown to only include formats. IMPACT: All SSRS reports

- Distributed SSRS reporting across more servers to speed up response times for all users. IMPACT: All SSRS reports

- Customer Aging report - widened the Location number column to accommodate four-digit location numbers. IMPACT: This report only

- PO/TO Printout (SSRS) - Standardized the formatting and layout of the report to be more consistent with all the other document printouts. IMPACT: This report only

- Invoice Printout - Fixed a small issue to display the discount amount on the line items. IMPACT: This report only

This evening we released the following changes to ComCept .Net:

SigScan mobile application IMPACT: SigScan app only

- Enhanced the verification process to check all the ways a document can be signed

- Enhanced the images used in the verification and sending process to make it very easy to tell why a signature failed to send

Password Expiration

- We now update the timestamp for "last password change" date on every active employee when you enable the Password Expiration feature. IMPACT: Users with Password Expiration feature only

- CLOSE will now honor password expiration. IMPACT: CLOSE Login

ePO

- ASNs will now be generated for all orders coming in as an ePO order. ASNs were previously only generated when the sender was integrated with a WMS, such as HighJump. IMPACT: ePO orders for jobbers who buy from other jobbers

Reports

- SSRS location multi-selector - Fixed a small issue with region sorting. IMPACT: All SSRS location selections

- Transaction Detail Export - Increased the speed of the report. IMPACT: Report results shouldn't be affected

- Invoice/Credit/Consignment Printout - increased the width of the UOM field. IMPACT: This report only

- Custom Notes Listing - Fixed the UOM name display to show the long name. IMPACT: This report only

- Crystal reports - We now show the long name for UOMs when selecting an item filter on Crystal reports. IMPACT: All Crystal reports with item filters

- Quote and WO Printout - Standardized the report and everywhere it runs. IMPACT: This report only

- Item Activity Report - Reduced duplication of information when bins are hidden. IMPACT: This report only

- Record Audit Report - Fixed a small bug if you ran the report for no data. IMPACT: This report only

Miscellaneous

- Data Maintenance - The "Data" sheet can now be in any position on the Excel spreadsheet, previously it had to be the second sheet. IMPACT: DM uploads

- Item Lookup - Added the Default Transfer UOM to the detailed view. IMPACT: UI only

- Count sheets - Fixed a small issue that threw an error when the cost of an item was negative. IMPACT: UI only

- Accounts Receivable - The link to Accounts Receivable on the Customer Maintenance page will follow the system setting. IMPACT: UI Only

- Bin Items - Users can now modify the bins with the correct permissions. IMPACT: UI Only

- Cycle Counts - Added a new permission and feature to allow users to update the count quantities for future count sheets. IMPACT: Cycle Count Sheet page only

- The Invoice/Credit/Consignment printout - The layout and formatting has been revamped.  IMPACT:  The SSRS report, all emailing of invoices and credits, Nightly Transaction Report and anywhere that prints one of those documents from SSRS
- Record Audit report - Security audit changes now appear on the report.  IMPACT:  Report only
- Transaction Detail Export - Added an IsSigned column and a filter to the report.  IMPACT:  Report only
- Count Sheet report - fixed the UOM display to show the proper value.  IMPACT:  Report only
- Inventory Turns report - Added an option to add transfer shipments to the turns calculation.  IMPACT:  Report only
- Email Nightly Transactions report - Tax adjustments are now available to be emailed.   IMPACT:  Report only

Password Expiration
- Companies can now require a user's password to be changed on a regular schedule
- This feature will affect logins throughout ComCept
- The user will start to get warned on all landing pages 14 days before their password expires
- Users can be marked exempt from the password expiration feature on the Employee Maintenance page.
- If the User didn't change their password they will not be able to login and will have to use the Reset Password feature on the login page or have someone else change their password for them.

Miscellaneous
- Several locations throughout the application were displaying the short name for units of measure (EA instead of Each), this has been corrected.  IMPACT:  Display only 
- Receipt Worksheet - fixed an issue with typing in the cost and discount fields.  IMPACT:  Receipt WS only 
- Data Maintenance - Permissions - Group Management and Permissions - User Management sheets now audit any permission changes made.  IMPACT:  These sheets only

- Count sheet - added a new preference to allow free-form (undirected) count sheets.  IMPACT:  WMS Count sheet only
- Picking - Cleaned up some code to streamline and harden the picking process.  IMPACT:  WMS Picking only

Signature Scan
- Added a Verify feature to check to see if the document number or amount is correct before signing.
- Added a label to the login page, this will help users identify which application they are in.
- Moved the list page elements around to prevent hiding the status behind the Add button.

Reports
- Quote and WO Detail - Sped up the report.  IMPACT:  Report only
- Count Sheet report - expanded the description display area to allow long descriptions to be read.  IMPACT:  Report only
- Invoice/Credit/Consignment Printout - Minor adjustments to the layout to become more standardized and adjusted the totals, and discount to round correctly.  IMPACT:  Report only
- Invoice/Credit/Consignment Printout - Fixed the Exclude Attributes parameter.  IMPACT:  Report only
- Restock List - changed the title of the PO, RGPO, and Transfer restock lists to better reflect the desired action.  This also affects their receipts.  IMPACT:  Report only

- Windows 11 - fixed an issue with printing a new PO.  IMPACT:  Windows 11 PO screen only
