 - Customer Aging report - Added customer ID to the end of the export version of the report.  IMPACT:  This report only
 - Customer Aging report - Fixed a bug that prevented the footer from being displayed on the first page.  IMPACT:  This report only

Data Maintenance:
 - Master Inventory Update sheet - fixed a bug that prevented a user from specifying a unique value in Custom Fields for each UOM.  IMPACT:  This sheet only
 - Vendor Specific Part Number sheet - fixed an issue that prevented updating part number for inactive vendors.  IMPACT:  This sheet only

Miscellaneous:
 - New Accounts Receivable - Added a new Preference to allow driving unapplied payment A/R amounts in GL to payment locations.  IMPACT:  AR posting in new Accounts Receivable
 - Document Generation - Batches with 30 day weighted buckets - Fixed a display bug to better help a user understand what time period an invoice would fall into.  IMPACT:  Doc Gen UI only
 - Count Sheets - Adjust the Add Item dropdown to only include inventory items and non-inventory.  This happens if you enable the preference, "Allow Non-Inventory Items in Adjust Inventory".  IMPACT:  Add item dropdown in count sheets

We released a few changes to ComCept .Net this evening, including the following:

Data Maintenance:
- Work Order Add Sheet - Tax calculations were made consistent across all applications, rounding each tax authority amount, then summing them.  IMPACT:  This sheet only
- NEW sheet - Product Line Management - Users can now add, edit and delete product lines in Data Maintenance.  IMPACT:  This sheet only
- Local Inventory Update sheet - Added a new column and an error message to the validation to prevent a price change from occurring when the location is set to "Master-Level Pricing".  IMPACT:  This sheet only

Reports:
- Customer Item Usage Comparison export - Converted to SSRS.  IMPACT:  This report only

- Scheduled Document Generation batches - Replenishment only batches - fixed a bug with the end date calculation.  IMPACT:  Scheduled Document Generation Replenishment Batches only
- ComCept .Net printing (Legacy) - Changed barcodes from Code39 to Code128.  This barcode symbology is more compact, supports more characters, and is supported by almost any barcode scanner ever made.  IMPACT:  All ComCept .Net POS printing

We released many changes to ComCept .Net this evening, including the following:

WMS:
 - Count Sheets (Stores only) - Allow users to add inventory items to count sheets from the mobile device.  IMPACT:  WMS Count sheets in stores only
 - Receiving - Fixed a bug where users could not view Receipt Status when Multiple Receipts option is enabled.  IMPACT:  Receiving

Data Maintenance:
 - Master Inventory Update - Fixed the Error page to display the custom field names correctly.  IMPACT:  Error page only

Reports:
 - Statements - New - Cleaned up some spacing and font size issues.  IMPACT:  Statements - New only 
 - SSRS Printout of all POS documents - Fixed an error with the "as Word" export if there are multiple documents being printed.  IMPACT:  SSRS printouts from Advanced reports for (Invoice, Credit, WO, Consignment, Shipment, and Quote)

Miscellaneous:
 - Document Generation - Fixed an issue with batch printing the incorrect document type.  IMPACT:  The print icon only
 - Receipt Work Sheet - We now zero out the Discount field when a user applies a discount, then changes the cost field.  IMPACT:  Receipt WS - Discounts only

 - Utopia timeout is now controlled by a preference.  IMPACT:  Utopia

- Statements - New report - Improved the format of the Document column and added an option to hide the Alternative ID.  IMPACT:  This report only 
- Item Yearly Sales export - Added a current On-Hands column to the report.  IMPACT:  This report only
- Purchase and Transfer Order Detail report - Added Cancelled and Ordered status to the report and change the status dropdown to allow for multiple selections.  IMPACT:  This report only
- Signature Listing report - fixed an issue that incorrectly displayed documents without their signatures.  IMPACT:  This report only

Miscellaneous:
- Pricing - Added better support for choosing the most specific rule when multiple rules apply in a Product Group or Product Line.  Example: When a top Product Line and Subline both match, the Subline will be used because it's more specific than the top Line.  IMPACT:  Pricing in Legacy and Utopia
- Windows 11 - Adjusted the Posted Transaction printout process to allow for Windows 11 printing.  IMPACT:  Windows 11 printing of Posted Transactions
- Purchasing Document Generation scheduling - Fixed an issue with date/time filtering on invoices created very close to midnight.  IMPACT:  Scheduled Document Generation batches
- Document Generation printout - fixed a small issue that blocked pick slips from being printed.  IMPACT:  Document Generation UI printing

Accounts Receivable:
- Fixed an issue with posting empty payment batches.  IMPACT:  Posting of a payment batch
- Fixed a specific error when applying a credit to invoices and de-selecting invoices.  IMPACT: Undoing a payment allocation in Accounts Receivable
 

We released several changes to ComCept.Net, including the following:

Reports
- Shipment and Receipt Print out report - Excel Data only - Added Qty Remaining column.  IMPACT:  This reports export format only.
- Shipment and Receipt Printout - Ensured Header information appears on all pages.  IMPACT:  This report only
- Order Fill Rate Report - Added checkboxes for document Status and removed the Status dropdown.  This gives users more flexibility in which statuses filter the report.  IMPACT:  This report only

WMS
- Receiving - Made room for more information by reducing font size slightly and adding scrolling the Item section.  IMPACT:  WMS Receiving (Stores and Warehouses)
- Directed Picking - Automatically select the bin if there is only one bin displayed in the list.  IMPACT:  Direct picking only for stores and warehouses
- Directed Picking - Selecting the Quantity field in the grid automatically highlights the existing value to allow for easier editing.  IMPACT:  Direct picking only for stores and warehouses

Miscellaneous 
- Passwords - Allowed the use of common special characters ( & < > ' " ) in passwords.  IMPACT:  Saving new passwords and navigating from application to application
- Security - Clear Cache feature now clears the Permissions cache of all the applications.  This is useful when you want security changes to take effect immediately.  IMPACT:  Utopia cached data
- Item Price changes will now be audited.  IMPACT:  Saving of items and prices
- Accounts Receivable - Post Payment Batch error - Added Payment Notes to the error message to ease troubleshooting.  IMPACT:  New AR posting process only
- Customer Custom Fields - Added 10 new custom fields to Customers.  You can also assign custom labels for these new fields.  IMPACT:  Customer Custom fields
- PO Receipt WS - Adjusted the Difference column to calculate from the Remaining amount, not the original Ordered amount.  IMPACT:  Receipt WS

- Document Generation Overstock Worksheet - Converted to SSRS. IMPACT: This report only

- All SSRS reports - End Dates will now always end at midnight, so the report captures data for the entire day. IMPACT: Select few reports were affected

- Customer Pricing Details report - Allow users to find only pricing details that will expire in a given date range. IMPACT: This report only

- POS Printouts - Added a new customer-specific preference to display the List Price on invoices, credits. etc. This allows you to show List Price for all customers at a location, or just a select few. IMPACT: All SSRS printout documents

- Related Documents report - Converted to SSRS. IMPACT: This report only

Miscellaneous

- New Accounts Receivable - Updated payment batch posting errors to include the bad payment number. IMPACT: New AR posting processing

- Preferences - Enforced the permission "System_SettingSave" on the List Filtering tab. This will ensure that only users who can save preferences can change List Filtering. IMPACT: Preferences only

- WO Processing - Honor the Print Terms on Invoices preference when invoicing an order in Work Order Processing. IMPACT: WO Processing only

- Undirected Count Sheets - Added a preference to decide what to do when an item is found, but not on the count sheet.  IMPACT:  Warehouse undirected count sheets
- Undirected Count Sheets - Added a preference to decide what to do with alternate UOMs when scanning an item.  IMPACT:  Warehouse undirected count sheets
- Stores - Added the ability to assign an item to a bin.  Users need the WMS_BinAssign permission to use this function.  IMPACT:  WMS Stores only
