The following updates in Advanced Reports have been released:

• Statements - Added an option to combine all Ship Tos within the Statement and added Salesman Number
• Detailed Aging Report – Added Salesman info
• Daily Business Report – Added including and excluding Customer Attributes parameters
• Customer 12 Month Item Usage - Option to show 12 month total or average
• Sales Tax Report – Added additional totaling and a Ship To filter
• Item Ranking Report – Added option to hide costs, profit, and Gross Margin; added a filter for taxed and not taxed lines; added Ship To filter.

ComCept .Net will begin automatically downloading and caching all files needed to run in offline mode upon login.  Customers will not need to pre-visit screens to ensure offline mode functionality unless they empty their browser cache after login.
 
We now use a larger font for totals and bold balance in the Totals section of Point of Sale documents.  These style changes will not affect printed documents.

Promotional Pricing

ComCept .Net now supports promotional pricing, including quantity break discounts and dated special pricing.  In addition, a powerful new Price Look-up feature has been added, allowing you to not only quote a price but show in great detail how that price was calculated.  These new features allow even greater flexibility in your pricing capabilities.

Time Clock

Major improvements have been made to the Time Clock functionality of ComCept .Net.  Please familiarize yourself with these important changes by reading the document in the files section at the bottom of this page, entitled, "Time Clock Changes August 2010.pdf".  highlights include,

• There is no longer a need to run overtime calculations after all times have been accumulated and edited if needed.  All overtime calculations are now virtual with the reports and batch processes.
• There are also Info links next to many of the fields giving the user some helpful tips.
• NOTE: most users are not currently using batch approval and export areas of this application.  You do NOT need to worry about these topics or will NOT have more to do based on the new screens.  Those users will stick to the clock-in/out and time clock manage sections only.  However if you do use Ceridian or ADP as a payroll provider these functions are available to you as well.

Recurring Billing

Recurring Billing has been updated to use a Task Watcher during the creation process.  You should notice no other changes.

The Vendor Cost maintenance screen has been updated to be more consistent with our standard look and feel. You are also no longer required to supply an employee number on this screen, as it is a back-office only function.

Services for Mobile applications have been upgraded, in preparation for the new Mobile shop application ComCept will unveil soon. No changes to your current jobber mobile applications should be apparent.

Multi-user Count Sheets now show long item codes, such as those with 20 characters.
