ComCept has released a few features and fixes, addressing the following:

• Service Charges can now be run by location, with many sorting options to help you choose the right locations.
• Price Profile validation has been added so modifiers cannot be added that would generate negative pricing
• Fixed a bug in Payments where switching from a multi-payment terms code to a cash terms code did not reduce the number of payments to 1
• Purchasing Document Generation will now remember the line item on the document you click while editing an order

ComCept has released a few minor changes to all of the platforms

• Item Dropdowns handle wildcard characters in Item Code and Description
• Item Dropdowns can now show items that are active for purchase (Doc Gen)
• Item Availability and Item Lookup can now combine usage based on customer default location.
• Customer dropdowns now look up the correct customer name when you select a Ship-To
• Work Order Processing can now hide orders that have already been printed

ComCept has release a new report.  The new report is called Payment on Account report.  It is designed to print details of Payment on Account invoices, with the option to filter on statuses of Open, Released, and/or Voided.  The new report can be found on the AR tab of Advanced Reports.
 

ComCept has released a major speed enhancement to the Customer Price Sheet report.  The report will run in a fraction of the time it took in the past.  All prices and filters should not be affected.

ComCept has released enhancements to the following reports:

• PO and TO detail report - added multi select location and option to include extended description
• Exception report - added invoice qty change options
• Customer 12 month item usage report - added technician filter
• Transaction Detail report - added additional options for suppressing pricing and totals lines

Changes in this Code Release

• We now fully support Windows 8.1 and IE 11
• CollisionVend: On-Hand tracking features in Customer Inventory
• CollisionVend: OrderLinx users can now edit Technician Card Numbers.
• Several minor changes to the database, resulting in overall performance increases
• Help messages (Info icons) now appear in OrderLinx
• OrderLinx is fully cross-browser, including Apple iPad.  Most of Utopia runs well in non-IE browsers. 

Notable UI changes

We made a few changes to some elements of the User Interface within ComCept .Net (Utopia and OrderLinx) so that multiple browsers and advanced mobile devices are supported.  The changes were necessary in order to use browser features that were available on all platforms.  We consciously limited our changes with the new UI techniques to be as similar to the old techniques as possible.

1. Screens that include a “Print” button, such as Customer Count Sheet and Inventory Document Generation will always open the printed report in a new tab, instead of embedding the report inside the current page.  This is mainly so more of the report can be seen at once.

2. Many of the pop-up windows inside Utopia and OrderLinx are now embedded inside the opening page.  This was necessary because some browsers can’t keep track of popped-up windows.  Since pop-ups are now encapsulated in the opening page, we maintain complete control over the pop-up in all browsers.

3. The Recurring Billing feature no longer provides a link to the Invoice screen to make changes.

ComCept has released the following report enhancements:

1. Customer sales gain/loss report enhancements for ship to grouping and filtering, formatting fixes, and showing $0 rather than blank for no sales
2. Driver Signature Form enhancement for hiding amount
3. Customer yearly sales report Ship to grouping and filtering options added
4. PO Distribution and TO Distribution report enhancement for receipt export option

We also released the following changes in ComCept .Net:

1. You can now zero "Ordered Quantity" on Customer Count Sheets, in both ComCept .Net and OrderLinx.
2. We fixed a problem in the PO Receipt Worksheet when users receive transfers shipments in reverse order.

We successfully released new code in ComCept.Net.  Changes include the following:

•  Inventory Document Generation now supports the ability to distribute inventory evenly across all stores based on usage.
• Doc Gen also supports the ability to group usage by customer location, so orders filled by alternate locations will replenish in the originating store.
• Doc Gen now has more stringent validation, so incompatible options cannot be chosen.
• CollisionVend Statistics report -  New report CollisionVend customizable statistics to track vends by Customer, Machine, Coil, Location, Technician, etc., for a specified time frame.
• Signature listing report – added signatures as one of the document options
• Price Profile report – added price profile contains string
• Special Pricing report – added price profile contains string

ComCept has released an enhancement to the employee listing report.  The report now has the ability to list the security groups employees are assigned to.  

ComCept has released a report enhancement.  The Customer Price Sheet report now allows you to exclude promo pricing.
