We have successfully completed a code release of ComCept .Net.  The following changes were made:

• Receive Payments – Customers Notes are now available from the actions menu, so users don’t have to leave the Payment page.
• Statement Email validation – ComCept has found that statement email addresses are not always formatted correctly, or they are not properly separated by commas.  We have added validation to verify that the email address at least has an @ sign and a period after it, and that multiple emails are properly separated.  This validation has bene added to CollisionLinx administration, Legacy Customer Maintenance and Data Maintenance uploads.
• Document Generation – The icons next to the batch are no longer visible unless the batch is 100% complete.  This prevents users from inappropriately interacting with a batch during processing.
• Legacy permissions override – the override prompts triggered from the Action menu will now use Legacy and Utopia permissions.  Before this change, some permissions were not being honored during a security override.
• Statements – allow ampersands "&" in customer names 

ComCept has released a few report enhancements.

• Transaction Listing Customizable - Customer part number is now a selectable column on the report.
• Transaction Statistics Report - Multiple locations can now be selected for customer default location and transaction location.
• Manufacturer Item Sales Detail Report - the cost and price of items on the report can be altered to all available cost and prices. 

We have successfully completed a code release of ComCept .Net.  The following changes were made:

• Some of our internal task processing code was vulnerable to an error that would cause it to fail and stop, preventing future tasks from being scheduled.  This has been corrected.
   
• Terms codes now allow the specification of a Minimum Days field, which allows you to selectively push out due dates into the next month.  This gives more users greater control over due dates.  This new feature is optional and does not affect existing terms codes.
   
• Windows update fixes - Recent Microsoft patches to Internet Explorer broke certain pages in ComCept when opening windows on top of other windows.  This includes Inventory Document Generation, Customer Lookup (printing) and resizing Vendor Cost item lookup.  All pages have been fixed.
   
• The customer message should now be preserved on all sales documents when customer / terms / tax information is changed.  Changing a customer from one to another (with or without a Ship-To) will also properly preserve the correct customer message.
   
• The Unposted Transaction Journal has a new permission that governs if the user can Post the journal, so it is possible to give users read-only access to this function.  All existing users with access to the Unposted Transaction Journal will automatically be given this new permission.  All other Transaction Journal permissions were renamed to better describe their function.

  * TransJournal_PostAllLocations is now TransJournal_ViewAllLocations
  * TransJournal_Post is a new permission.

ComCept has release a few report changes in the last week.  Here is the list of all the report changes that were made.

• Inventory Adjustment Listing report - Reordered the columns and added notes
• Payment History report - Added the Transaction type and group by employee parameters to the report screen
• Transfers in Transit report - Sort by Shipping Location added to the parameter screen 
• Inventory Listing Customizable report - Added Customer Item list, Stock Location Type, and Exclude items without UPC Codes filters to the parameter screen
• Customizable 3x1 Inventory Labels and Customizable Inventory labels / 3 Across Listing - Added split up of Item Code and UOM options
• Sales by Manufacturer report - Added 8 more MFG selections to

ComCept has added a PO number search to the CollisionLinx order screen.   

ComCept has released an updater enhancement to ensure the updater is actively receiving updates periodically.  We have also added a step to the login and switching locations that will ensure you have the latest data available.

We have successfully completed a code release of ComCept .Net.  The following changes were made:

• Data Maintenance – List Price can now be changed on the Price Profile/CSP update sheet
   
• Service Charges – You can now change the Service Charge details on all existing, unpaid invoices for a given customer.  See the "Apply Service Charge Percentage" link at the right-hand side of the Customer Mainenance page.

We have successfully completed a code release of ComCept .Net.  The following changes were made:

• You can now clone and re-price work orders
• When a document is re-priced, free goods now maintain their zero price
• When navigating between documents such as invoices, the Customer Message is correctly preserved
• The Item Yearly Sales report was failing when certain filters were left empty - this has been fixed

We have successfully completed a code release of ComCept .Net.  The following changes were made:

ComCept .Net

o   On the PO page, Actions -> Update Vendor Costs menu item honors the VendorCost_View permission

o   On the PO page, Actions -> Multi-document Generation menu item honors the InvDocumentBatch_View permission

o   The Master Inventory maintenance page in ComCept .Net now has an "auto-fill" feature, which fills in the details from the base unit of measure.  This was added to assist users in adding "vending” units of measure.

o   We now capture exceptions on the Work Order page, such as changes to prices and tax models.

eBusiness

o   We now have greater control over whether Manufacturer Part Numbers or Vendor Part Numbers are used in different eBusiness transactions

Miscellaneous

o   Bug fix for scheduling reports with "&" in the name

Reporting

o   Split out OEM orders on Sales By Type, Transaction Detail, Trans Listing Customizable

We have successfully completed a code release of ComCept .Net.  The following features were added:

• Customer Inventory – users can now add items that are not active for sale.  These items are marked as inactive in the Customer Inventory page, to prevent inadvertent assignment of these items.
   
• The Invoice/Credit/Consignment Print-out Report has been converted to the new ComCept reporting engine.  This will allow saving named parameter templates, automated scheduling and email delivery.
