We have completed a code release of ComCept .net, with the following changes:

 

* All pages launched from Legacy have been re-skinned with ComCept's new branding

* Count Sheet Add function – new checkbox to “Save Options”, keeps prior selections set so you can create multiple similar count sheets

* Count Sheet items remember what line you were on as you perform actions

* List Maintenance, Price Profiles, Purchase Profiles, Taxes and Terms Codes properly prevent creation of duplicate entries

* Utopia CollisionLinx orders – navigating between the order list and order details will no longer cause errors

* Home Page – visible after logging into ComCept: Removed Videos

* Fixed a few Bin Drift scenarios

* Caching of item smart drop-downs when searching single-letters

We have successfully completed a significant code release this evening.  Changes are as follows:

 

ComCept WMS – Mobile Inventory – Count Sheets

    Customers can now perform stock counts at WMS stores and WMS warehouses

Count Sheets

    You can now select multiple Manufacturers

    Changing locations will automatically change Count Sheet filters to match

    Users can re-sort the order of items after the count sheet has been created

    Item filters no longer persist from one count sheet to another

    Attributes – Added columns to show the number of customers and number of items the attribute is currently assigned to

    Locations – Add phone number masks to all phone number fields

 

Split PO Receipt

    Tweaked the columns to better expand correctly

    When processing the last split, the page automatically returns to the list page

 

Data Maintenance

    Moved some columns around on inventory-related spreadsheet downloads

    Tweaked the column sort to always download in the natural sort order

    Added customer name to the Customer Special Pricing spreadsheet

    Added location filter to the Customer Special Pricing spreadsheet

    Master Inventory will now allow alternate units of measure to be uploaded. For example, you can have part number 1234 “Each” and 1234 “Case” on the same upload

 

Customer Special Pricing – When using Product Line pricing rules, the internal ID is no longer part of the Manufacturer name

 

Terms Codes – Fixed a bug that was causing terms codes to lose their number of payments

 

Local Data – Modified file structure of local databases, speeding up most data updates

 

Adjust Inventory – Added a preference to allow non inventory part numbers to be adjusted

 

Document Generation – Fixed an issue where user could select a Product Line without selecting the Manufacturer

 

Customer Credit Override

    Added Customer Alerts when a customer is selected

    Added link to Customer Notes

    Added link to Customer Lookup

 

We have successfully completed a small code release for ComCept.Net, changes include:

• PO Receipt Split – allow users to split large PO receipts into smaller documents, to match vendor invoices
• Master Inventory Audits – record all field changes
• Reporting: Error email list – specify which users get notified if scheduled reports fail (not just the originator)
• Data Maintenance – formulas will be blocked in spreadsheet uploads
• Inventory Adjustments – limit users to only inventory items
• Enter Payables – fixed rare issue with items that appear on receipts more than once, and all the grids now have visible headers
• Bin Items - item drop-down performance – the drop-down will wait longer between key presses and pass fewer searches to the server

• Deposit and Receipts Report - Added more groupings and credit card

We have successfully completed a code release for ComCept.Net, changes include:

• ComCept .Net WMS – Mobile Inventory
• • Receiving – Users can now receive multiple truckloads for the same order
  • Put-away – It is now possible to configure Put-away to always allow dynamic bin associations, always deny associations, or present users with a confirmation before making associations
• Users can no longer bypass page navigation security with bookmarks on Service Charges, Bin Items, Return Authorizations, and the Shipment Worksheet
• Count Sheet IDs are now prominently displayed on all Count Sheet pages
• Data Maintenance: Local Inventory Update – users can now modify “Is Available”
• Data Maintenance: Customer Add - child accounts are now properly associated with their parent accounts
• Location changes are audited in the Record Audit report – even if ComCept made them.

We completed a relatively small code release for ComCept.Net, changes include:

• WMS – Mobile Inventory can now prevent scanning the wrong picking bin during Put-Away options from making an association to the item
• Customer Notes – hide the Close button since not all versions of all browsers properly support it, added validation of Statement Message
• Taxes – Add/Remove tax items no longer fails to initialize lists correctly
• Bin Maintenance – added additional filters for Bin Type
• 3M Sales Out exports – added support for E2Open format

Reports

• New “Manufacturer Item Sales Detail” report – to REPLACE old one
• Updates to the “Transaction Detail Export” report to REPLACE the old “Transaction Listing Customizable (for Excel)” report
• New “PO and TO Detail” report in new report engine but leaving the old one pdf format for the old one

• Count sheet now can filter by zones
• Count sheet will no longer allow an entry/posting of a negative qty
• Item Look Up Base UOM/Conversion factor added
• Item Look Up Print page feature added
• Shipping Worksheet Work Order label fixed
• Customer Notes Statements displays Y/N not 1/0 now
• Preferences - Mock invoice displays correct bar code font and date is now recent
• Preferences – Removed the option to Filter Lists By Region
• Utopia logout from count sheet now actually logs you out
• Data Maintenance - New Auxiliary UPC Code sheet added
• Customer Email – Add help text to email addresses customer and invoice
• Price Profile/CSP – Update header last mod also when a detail record is updated

We completed a very small code release for ComCept.Net, changes are as follows:

• Count Sheet – Bin Type filters – we now allow users to filter items by bin types, while creating and editing count sheets
• Item Lookup – When Item Lookup is launched from Doc Gen, the Location selection will default to the location of the current document

We completed a small code release for ComCept.Net, changes are as follows:

• ComCept WMS - All known bin drift issues have been fixed
• We now allow FTP delivery of scheduled Excel exports
• Data Maintenance – follow-up fix for apostrophes in record filters

We completed a small code release for ComCept.Net, changes are as follows:

• Bin Items page blocks removal of an item from a bin in warehouses if the bin is not empty
• Data Maintenance Bin Item Management sheets honor the same bin removal logic as Bin Items
• Data Maintenance filters for all data types can properly handle apostrophes correctly. Example: "O'Brien" will no longer cause filters to miss records in sheet downloads.
